A Call From Under the Boot...
The streets are calling
We stand on the brink of a staggering socioeconomic chasm, a mere 2% of the population hoards 60% of the wealth. Our American Constitutional playbook looks increasingly obsolete. Peaceful protests and polite dialogue have become futile whispers against a howling storm of entrenched interests. Congress has devolved into a powerless cacophony and debate club.
This isn’t just a call for reform; it’s a shout for radical change.
History relentlessly teaches us that when the cries of the many are swallowed by a ravenous elite, radical upheaval is often the only solution.
The French, Russian, and American revolutions—steeped in blood and fervor—remind us that power doesn’t relinquish its grip easily. As elites trample on the rights of the majority, the oppressed will eventually rise with pitchforks in hand. It’s time we acknowledge that sometimes, radical action isn’t just an option—it’s destiny.
What did we expect when the very institutions designed to uphold justice become undermined and invested with the interests of the wealthy and corrupt?
Under Trump, we’ve witnessed a haphazard foreign policy marked by an inexplicable confrontation with Iran, which seems less about national security and more about personal delusions of grandeur and distraction from domestic failures. He’s in thrall to authoritarian figures like Putin and Netanyahu who are busy reinforcing their corrupt and murderous interests over those of the American people.
Domestically, Trump’s allies, his “redneck operatives,” along with the immigrant media despots, the Murdochs, have weaponized racist tropes to galvanize support, scapegoating immigrants and people of color while fanning the flames of division.
This is a new war on democracy, waged not with overt violence but through insidious rhetoric and systemic disenfranchisement. It’s a dangerous game that seeks to consolidate power among the few while leaving the rest of us only scraps off their tables.
At the same time, our tech oligarchs—those modern puppeteers—manipulate public discourse and distort realities, ensuring their wealth balloons while the fabric of our society frays These overlords profit off chaos, perpetuating cycles of inequality while we are left to navigate a treacherous landscape of misinformation and fear attacking each other on social media and further fragmenting any potential opposition to their Hetitage Foundation Project 2025 goals.
In the face of this multifaceted assault on democracy and justice, it’s clear that polite requests for change will no longer suffice. We must confront these fascist oligarchs and their operatives with a fierce resolve. It’s time for a new coalition of the outraged to rise up and demand accountability, not just through words but through decisive actions that disrupt the status quo.
The path forward must include both radical and nonviolent strategies, acknowledging that while some may choose to engage in peaceful protest, others will feel compelled to take up more forceful measures. The revolutionary spirit of the past teaches us that significant change often requires an upheaval that resonates through the very foundations of power.
If we truly care about justice and equity, we must be ready to fight for it .
The stakes have never been higher, and neither has the potential for profound change. Now is the moment to channel our collective frustration and transform it into a powerful movement that can shake the walls of systemic oppression and mismanangement..
We should gather our courage, unify our efforts, and, if necessary, get radical. The future of our nation depends on it, and those in power are counting on our complacency. The streets are calling.
Perhaps we should give them something to fear instead: a relentless uprising of the disenfranchised, fighting fire with fire until we reclaim what is rightfully ours—a just society where equity prevails over greed. As the French once put it....
LIBERTE, EGALITE, FRATERNITE.
Oh, and by the way, Occupy Wall Street was right.
Sincerely,
Bob Simmons

Reportedly both the Women’s Marches and the No Kings demos were completely ignored and dismissed like lint on the sleeve by the Trump administrations. Likewise the Black Lives Matter demonstrations. Pffft! Silly “citizens.”
Leads to your second option, but it is inconceivable to most of our fellow citizens, IMO.
